The bill (Reg. No. 8641), submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers, streamlines the order of establishing the tariffs for housing and public utility services, reducing by twenty days the term for the provider/producer of housing and public utility services to notify the consumer of housing and public utility services about the change of charges for housing and public utility services. The bill also qualifies the acts of the local self-government which establish the prices/tariffs for the housing and public utility services as not subject to the state regulatory policy.
