Dear fellow citizens!
Dear young people! Please accept my sincere greetings on the occasion of the Youth Day, the holiday of a new generation that enters independent life and makes its first steps. Moreover, it is a national holiday, since it is of special significance for the parents and teachers, kind and responsible people who will always remember their own youth and will exert every effort to guarantee a successful life for their pupils.
Although this holiday is traditional, this day is a unique one, as there can not be the same destiny and perspectives, especially taking into consideration the cruel and dynamic times we are living in. The youth faces great opportunities for self-realization in both professional and creative way. However, we have strengthened the requirements for the range of rules laid by a proverb "Look after your clothes when they're spick and span, and after your honor when you are a young man."
A young generation with its hopes and dreams is a dawn of the state, and it will start a new day. We should exert our efforts to make this day clear and sunny.
