The Committee on Justice recommends the Parliament to recommit the Bill on Amendments to Clause 16 of the Code of Ukraine on Economic Procedure (re Establishing of Court Jurisdiction)

The bill (Reg. No.7206) enhances efficiency of economic proceedings and guarantees citizen's access to court.

The People's Deputies deem necessary to strengthen the legalization on court jurisdiction. The People's Deputies recommend amending clause 15 of the Code of Ukraine on Economic Procedures to regulate the rules of territorial court jurisdiction.
