On 11-12 July 2011, Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, stays with the official visit in the Republic of Armenia.
According to the schedule of the visit, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine meets Hovik A. Abrahamyan, Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia, Serzh A. Sargsyan, President of the Republic of Armenia, Tigran Sargsyan, Prime Minister of Armenia and His Holiness Garekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians.
The official delegation of Ukraine and the Republic of Armenia will hold negotiations under the chairmanship of the Head of the Ukrainian and Armenian Parliaments to sign bilateral documents.
Ukrainian delegation will visit the Armenian Genocide Museum-institute named after St. Mesropa Mashotsa in Matenadaran, and Yerevan Ararat Brandy-Wine-Vodka Factory.
Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine V.M. Lytvyn will deliver a speech before the members of the Academy of Science of Armenia and answer the journalists´ questions.
