The primary goal
of the bill (Reg. No. 8736) is to enhance administrative legal proceedings,
specify and improve certain procedures and aspects of scrutiny of
administrative cases, and make administrative legal proceedings more efficient.
The bill amends the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings, supplementing it with new provisions on the procedure of scrutiny of administrative cases.
The bill specifies the rules of renewal and prolongation of procedural terms and calculation of the procedural period, improves the procedure of pre-trial proceedings, and introduces the institute of protection of evidence.
