The bill (Reg.
No. 8791) excludes the licenses certifying the right to advocacy (item 118 of
the Register) and on the right to notarial activities (item 119 of the
Register) from the Register of Licensing Documents in the Economic Sector a supplement
to the Law "On the Register of Licensing Documents in the Economic Sector."
The People´s Deputies stated that advocacy and notarial activity do not refer to the sphere of economic activity, thus requirements of the Law "On the Licensing System in the Economic Sector" shall not cover this category.
