Session of Ukraine-NATO Inter-Parliamentary Council and the offsite session of the Sub-Committee on Democratic Governance of the Committee on the Civil Dimension of Security and the Sub-Committee on NATO Partnership of the Political Committee of NATO Parliamentary Assembly will be held in Kyiv on 5-7 July.
The session of Ukraine-NATO Inter-Parliamentary Council will be held at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, will deliver a keynote speech.
Mykola Tomenko, Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and Assen Agov, NATO PA Vice President, will co-chair the Inter-Parliamentary Council.
Raisa Bohatyriova, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, representatives of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, non-governmental organizations and political parties will attend the session.
The offsite session of the Sub-Committee on Democratic Governance of the Committee on the Civil Dimension of Security and the Sub-Committee on NATO Partnership of the Political Committee of NATO Parliamentary Assembly will be held at the Institute of International Relations.
