The bill (Reg. No. 8617) amends the Water, Land, Forestry Codes of Ukraine and the Law "On Environmental Review", "On Waste" and "On Protection of Open Air" to harmonize the procedure of provision of licensing documents with the Law "On Licensing System in the Economic Sector."

The bill optimizes the functions and changes the name of the central executive body in charge of ecology and natural resources.
