The Committee
shall adjust the following bills for the second reading:
on amendments to the Law "On the Fundamentals of State Supervision (Control) over the Economic Sector" regarding non-extension of the Law "On the Fundamentals of State Supervision (Control) over the Economic Sector" onto the state health and disease control service, state supervision over the quality of medicine, and sanitary supervision;
on industrial parks (Reg. No.8396);
on amendments to the Law "On Licensing of several Types of Economic Activity" regarding the order of license copy issue (Reg. No.8450);
on amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Licensing System in the Economic Sector" regarding expansion of the network of licensing offices (Reg. No.8463);
on state supervision (control) in the sphere of economic activity regarding sole-proprietors and legal entities using simplified taxation system (Reg. No.8610).
The Committee shall draft the following bills:
on amendments to clause 20 of the Law "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Sole-Proprietors" (re data base) (Reg. No.7519);
on amendments to the Law "On Metrology and Metrological Activity" (re improvement of normative-legal base of the state metrological system" (Reg. No.No.8562, 8562-1).
The Committee shall hold several round table discussions.
