The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Law "On Operational-Investigative Activity" (re Harmonization of the Period for examining the Citizens due to their Access to the State Secret)

The legislative act harmonizes the Laws "On Operational-Investigative Activity" and "On the State Secret" as to the period of examining the citizens due to their access to the state secret.

The draft is registered under Reg. No. 8179.
