The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to Clause 28 of the Law "On Land Management" (re reducing the Term for Land Documentation Registration)

The bill (Reg. No.8387) supplements part 2 of clause 28 of the Law "On Land Management" with the new item, whereby land documentation shall be developed within the terms fixed by the agreement. However, the maximum term of land documentation drawing up shall not exceed six months since the agreement was concluded.
