Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, sent Condolence Telegram to Tsetska Tsacheva, Speaker of the National Assembly of Bulgaria

"With deep sorrow Ukrainian parliamentarians accepted tragic news on the car accident near Plovdiv city which took a heavy toll", the telegram reads.

On behalf of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and himself, Volodymyr Lytvyn conveyed sincere condolences to the bereaved families and wished rapid recovery to the injured.
