The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill "On Amendments to the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine" (re Regulation of Withdrawal of an Appellate Appeal or a Cassation Appeal)

The bill (Reg. No. 6120) introduces "the mechanism of withdrawing an appellate appeal or a cassation appeal by the administrative court."

The bill amends clauses 193, 218 and 233 of the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine.
