Central executive body in charge of commercial aviation, which is set up by the President of Ukraine, is the authorized body on commercial aviation.
The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine is the authorized executive body in charge of state aviation.
The Law regulates the terms and order of licensing, the conditions of air conveyance by Ukrainian air carriers, duties and responsibilities of air carriers, and protection of rights of air conveyance customers.
