The bill (Reg. No. 4829) entrenches compulsory acquisition of licenses on establishment and operation of stamp and engraving workshops, and manufacture of seals and stamps. The bill also harmonizes the Laws of Ukraine "On the Police" and "On the Licensing System in the Economic Sector."
