The bill (Reg. No. 6434) amends the Civil, Economic, and Criminal Codes of Ukraine, and the Laws "On Economic Companies", "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Sole Proprietors", "On Rehabilitation of the Debtor or Declaration of Bankruptcy", "On Joint-Stock Companies" and other legislative acts to prevent illegal amalgamation and takeover.
The economic court which adjudicates disputes on the share ownership can deliver a judgment on securing a claim by prohibiting amendments to the statute of the company in part of changes of capital stock.
