The bill (Reg. No. 8024) amends Clause 1 of the Law "On the Ban on Gambling in Ukraine", redefining the terms ‘gambling´ and ‘gamble´ to extend the effect of the Law on interactive establishments and computer simulations. According to amendments to the Law "On the Police", the police are obliged to file an action with the Court for the imposition of financial penalties connected with the ban on the organization and holding of gambling in the territory of Ukraine.
