The bill (Reg. No8293) suggests termination (denunciation) of the Agreement between Ukraine and Russian Federation on Matters of Dislocation of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation in the Territory of Ukraine, signed on April 21, 2010 in Kharkiv and ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on April 27, 2010.
In the result of the discussion of the bill, the Committee recommends the Verkhovna Rada to scrutinize an issue on its possible placement on the agenda. The Committee focuses attention on the necessity to observe procedure of initiation of international agreements denunciation, established by the Constitution of Ukraine and the Law "On International Agreement of Ukraine."
