The participants of the meeting discussed the most pressing and debatable provisions of the draft Housing Code of Ukraine (Reg. No. 2307-д).
The following issues were discussed: strengthening of control over the housing waiting list; introduction of the principle of using residential properties for their intended purpose and prohibition of their registration as non-residential properties; strengthening of responsibility for misappropriation of residential properties.
The participants of the meeting called for considering extension of authorities of the managers and management companies in part of service on management of an apartment house and its premises.
The attendants also discussed usage of funds of the state and local budgets to support implementation of governmental programs.
