The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Regulation of Oil Products Turnover

The bill (Reg. No. 7484) establishes the system of extra control over the administration of excise duty on oil products by introducing the excise duty marker, granting extra authorities to the tax agencies regarding the marking, and fixing extra obligations and liabilities of the tax payers.
