The bill (Reg. No. 7143) amends the Code of Economic Procedure of Ukraine, and the Laws "On Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine", and "On Protection from Unfair Competition" to specify jurisdiction of cases with the participation of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, which are connected with the protection of economic competition and prevention of unfair competition.
