The Committee on Finance, Banking, Taxation and Customs Policy recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and Several Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Simplified System of Taxation, Reporting and Accounting of Small Business Entities

The bill (Reg. No. 8521) sets the legal principles of the simplified system of taxation, reporting and accounting of small business entities. The bill amends the Tax Code of Ukraine to that end.

Under the bill, individuals and legal entities will be able to use the simplified taxation system, reporting and accounting of small business entities by the criteria established due to the minimum wage rate.
