The Law strengthens administrative responsibility for the violation of laws on labour safety.
The amendments to clause 19 of the Law "On Labour Protection" refer the employer´s expenditures for labour safety totaling at least 0,5 per cent to the sum total of the marketed production, works, goods and services for the year.
The amendments to clause 43 of this Law set the order and instruments of imposing penalties for the violation of the laws on labour safety, the procedure of appeal, and charge of fee for non-payment or incomplete payment of the punitive penalties by the employer.
