"According to the official data of the written registration of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, no bill was adopted at the afternoon meeting on Tuesday," Mykola Tomenko, Deputy Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, stated, when the issue of responsibility for the violation of the individual voting procedure was considered.
According to the Deputy Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the issue of illegitimacy of most adopted bills arose after The Verkhovna Rada made the step forward and published the results of written registration of the People´s Deputies. "200 deputies are present, while 400 deputies are voting," stated the politician. M.Tomenko informed that according to the data of the written registration, 239 People´s Deputies attended the yesterday´s afternoon meeting. On Tuesday afternoon, several bills were adopted, including the Resolution "On Decree of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine" "To the 65th Anniversary of Nuremberg Trial against Fascist Criminals", which assesses participation of Ukraine in the Great Patriotic War. 233 People´s Deputies voted for the Resolution. However, M.Tomenko admitted that the calculations showed that no more than 145 People´s Deputies could have supported the draft. Similar situation concerns other bills adopted at the afternoon meeting on April 19.
The Deputy Chairman believes that the Committee on Rules of Parliamentary Procedure should immediately scrutinize the bills on personal voting registered at the Parliament.
