Pursuant to the Decree, the Verkhovna Rada upholds the UN Resolution "On Inadmissibility of Practices that Contribute to Fueling Contemporary Forms of Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance Resolution" adopted on 16 November 2010 that directly refers to the Statute and judgment of the Tribunal and calls on the world countries to uphold the above-mentioned Resolution during the plenary sitting of the 65th United Nations General Assembly.
The Decree also reads, "The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine expresses concern about and condems certain politicians, public figures and political organisations in our state that make attempts to rehabilitate and even heroize collaborationists - Hitler's forces, or justify their crimes."
