The document recommends the government to:
form the State Museum-Archive of Folk Culture of Ukrainian Polissia out of the cultural values collected in the territory that suffered form the Chornobyl disaster and confirm its status;
provide premises for the museum with special equipment for storage and restoration of museum items, for holding exhibitions and cultural educational and scientific-research work, and also premises for the client servicing;
allocate together with the Kyiv City State Administration and Kyiv Regional State Administration a land area necessary for the museum formation.
make provision in the bill on amendments to the State Budget of Ukraine for 2011 and in the State Budget Drafts for the next years for creation and functioning of museum.
