The document recommends the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to:
prepare plan of events regarding celebration of 75th Anniversary of the Institute of History of Ukraine under the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine; provide holding in October 2011 of anniversary international conference "History of Ukraine at the edge of epochs in the light and shadow of traditions and transformations: 75 years of institutional being;´
provide purpose funding during 2011-2014 to complete 10 volume publication of "Encyclopaedia of the History of Ukraine" (in particular additional volume "Ukraine");
draft the State Program of popularization of historical value with serial scientific research publications on History of Ukraine, multimedia publications, thematic television and radio programs, documental and animated films.
