The Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship supports the Bill "On Amendments to Clause 10 of the Law "On Fire Safety" (re Declarative Principle)

The bill (Reg. No. 8388) harmonizes the laws on fire safety with the Law "On Licensing in the Economic Sector."

The Committee members suppose that adoption of the bill will set grounds for the issue of licensing documents by the state body in charge of fire safety. Extension of the list of enterprises authorized to perform their activity by the declarative principle will foster business development.
