The bill (Reg. No. 6293) envisages a four-year period for harmonization of the statutes and other internal documents of joint-stock companies, which were set up before enactment of the Law "On Joint-Stock Companies", with this Law (amendments to item 5 of chapter XVII), and amends the order of circulation of securities of public joint-stock companies (amendments to part 1 of clause 24).
