The Law improves regulation and control over the placement, circulation and redemption of special-purpose bonds, in particular, the bonds that require fulfillment of obligations through the transfer of project (part of the project) of housing construction.
The amendments to the Law "On Securities and Stock Market" envisage implementation of the norm regarding placement of bonds only in a non-documentary form; implementation of peculiarities for redemption of interest-bearing, discount and special-purpose bonds.
Moreover, the Law "On Securities and Stock Market" is supplemented with a new clause 8-1 on special-purpose obligations of enterprises.
