The Agreement arranges conditions for
cooperation in the sphere of natural and technogenic
risks aversion and their forestallment, training of participants of civil
defense, and provision of voluntary and mutual aid in case of natural
calamities or big disasters.
The Agreement defines the form of cooperation as aid and consultations on the organization of rescue missions; preparation of civil protection acts, plans of rescue missions in emergency situations and training of persons to participate in these missions; investigation of problems of mutual interest in the sphere of diagnostics, prevention, evaluation and management in the emergency situations; experts and specialists exchange, and information and documentation on civil protection exchange.
