The bill
(Reg. No. 8028) amends clause 17-1 of the Law
"On Electric-Power Industry"
and extends the use
of 'green' tariff on electrical
power produced from biomass
of animal origin, biogas of animal or
plant origin, biogas produced of biomass from
landfill sites or sewage effluents.
The Committee stated that by the subject of regulation, the bill refers to the sphere of electric-power industry, including nuclear energy and rules of competence, which is regulated by the Directives of the European Parliament and Council 2009/28/ЄС regarding facilitation in produce of energy from renewable energy sources and 2001/77/ЄС regarding facilitation of electrical energy produce from energy sours within the internal market of electrical energy.
