The bill (Reg. No.7250), submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers, excludes the phrase "Civil Defense Force" from item 3 and paragraph 3 of item 10 of clause 1 of the Law "On Compulsory State Social Unemployment Insurance" that define the groups of persons subject to this Law, and substitutes it with the phrase "bodies and subdivisions of civil defense."
The bill corrects legal deficiencies that originated on adoption of the Law "On Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Mitigation of Influence of the Global Financial Crisis on Employment" that amended the Law "On Compulsory State Social Unemployment Insurance" and introduced a compulsory state social unemployment insurance for the military servicemen of the civil defense forces and the personnel of para-military rescue services.
