The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to Clause 19 of the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine" (re Procedural Status of a Judge)

The Law harmonizes the principles of clause 19 of the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine with the effective legislation of Ukraine.

The Law amends clause 19 of the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine, stating that the procedural status of a judge is established by the Law "On Judicial System."

The draft is registered under Reg. No. 7492.
