The primary purpose of the bill (Reg. No. 7528) is to strengthen legislation in part of reimbursement of loss of property to the rehabilitated by considering the full term of imprisonment and enabling the rehabilitated to appeal for financial compensation.
The bill supplements the applicable Law with new clauses. Thus, pension or monthly lifetime social aid is increased by 25 per cent of the minimum level substance for the individuals who lost working capacity for the persons rehabilitated under clause 1 of the applicable law (spouses of the rehabilitated persons who did not remarry).
