Under the Agreement, each Party considers reasonable within its domestic law to fix the rates and order of payment of one-time aid to the parents and other family members of the military servants who died in the warfare or of injuries, blast injuries or diseases sustained in Afghanistan or other states of military operations. The rate shall not be lower than the rate of compulsory personal insurance of military servants as envisaged by the applicable domestic law or the law adopted in the former USSR with account for the indexation.
