The bill supplements the list of circumstances when a child who is a citizen of Ukraine can be adopted by a foreign citizen by the end of one-year term of registration in the governmental body in charge of state adoption, and child´s rights protection in case all the brothers and sisters of the child are adopted in one family if they have been registered in the same governmental body for one year.
