The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to Clause 9 of the Law "On Professional Artists and Artistic Unions" regarding the Priority Right of the Artistic Unions to conclude the Agreement on the Lease of Premises in State or Municipal Ownership

Under the Law, the artistic unions, whose lease agreement for premises in the state or public ownership has terminated, have the priority right over other individuals or legal entities to conclude the lease agreements for this property, provided the contractual obligations have been properly fulfilled, and artistic activity without the right to lease out the premises was conducted.

The draft is registered under Reg. No.7171.
