The bill (Reg. No.8003) separates
the concepts ‘taking a child away´ and ‘return of a child´, amends the Family Code
and the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine, and the Law "On Executive
Proceedings" concerning the order on enforcing a court decision on the return
of a child.
The bill regulates the order of child´s return in cases when their place of residence was spontaneously changed by one of the parents or other individuals without consent of the other parent or other individuals the minor child is living with under the effective Law.
The Committee members resolved that the bill meets the norms and fundamental principles of the Constitution of Ukraine.
