"Ukrainian Parliament members express their deepest sympathy to the people of the United States in connection with the violent tornado which has resulted in great loss of life in the territory of six southern states," the telegram reads.
On behalf of the People´s Deputies of Ukraine and himself, V. Lytvyn conveyed sincere condolences to the bereaved families and wished rapid recovery to the injured.
