The Law supplements the State Budget of Ukraine with a new budget program "state budget subventions to the local budgets for settling arrears in differences between the tariffs for heat energy produced, transferred and supplied to the population, which was caused by the difference between the stated cost of heat energy and tariffs adopted or suggested by the governmental bodies or local self-government bodies" (code 2761380). The Law allocates UAH 3,6 billion for the program.
The Law comes into force the next day after its publication.
