The bill (Reg.No.7530) defines the
term ‘court fee´, court fee objects and payers, rates of charges, payment
privileges, order of payments, etc.
The rates of charges shall be fixed in the correlation to minimal wages established by the Law as of 1 January of a calendar year, in percentage rating to the claim price relative and in a fixed rate with account for economic changes in the state.
It considerably cuts down the privileges in court fee payment for the governmental authorities (Anti-Monopoly Committee, Ministry on Environment and Natural Resources of Ukraine are excluded) in comparison with the number of privileges established by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On State Duty" regarding payment of state duty in the course of court and appeals petition.
Moreover, the bill amends the Code of Economic Procedure of Ukraine, the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine, the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine, the Laws "On Protection of Consumer Rights", "On Access to the Judicial Decisions" and Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers "On State Duty."
