The bill (Reg. No. 8204) simplifies the order of lease or concession of municipal facilities of central water supply, heat supply and water discharge to attract private investments into the housing and public utility sector.
The Committee members believe that adoption of the bill will enhance effective management and operation of the municipal facilities of central water supply, heat supply and water discharge, attract private investments into the re-equipment of these facilities, and improve the quality of public utility services.
