The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Auditing" (re Improvement of Certain Provisions)

The Law states that auditing is compulsory for the emitters of securities and derivatives, as well as for all the subjects that receive a professional license for securities market.

The draft is registered under Reg. No.3662.
