The bill (Reg. No.7511) authorizes the state supervision bodies in the sphere of markets of financial services to strengthen control over the market of financial services. The Laws "On Finance Services and State Regulation of Market of Financial Services" and "On State Regulation of Securities Market in Ukraine" are amended.
The bill shall strengthen responsibility for the violations in the market of financial services, protects the interests of financial services consumers, arranges favorable conditions for development and functioning of the markets of financial services, provides equal access to the markets of financial services and protects their participants´ rights, controls transparency of these services and facilitates integration into the European and global markets of financial services.
The bill defines the concept 'corporate governance in financial institutions', specifies corporate governance in financial institutions and disclosure of information to the financial institutions in the corporate governance reports and customer information.
