The Law specifies the procedure of ‘freezing´ of terroristic assets. It regulates access to them with the purpose of covering basic or emergency expenses, as well as the respective procedure to be followed by the public authorities, namely, the State Committee for Financial Monitoring of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine. The Law supplements the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine with a new clause 183-4, amends part one of clause 256 of this Code, supplements clause 1 of the Law "On Terrorism Counteraction", supplements it with new clauses 11-1 and 11-2, and supplements part two of clause 25 of the Law "On the Security Service of Ukraine" with a new item 7.
