The Committee on Justice recommends the Parliament to adjust the Bill on Amendments to several Laws of Ukraine (re Charge on Separate Types of Income)

No. 6144) amends the Laws of Ukraine "On State Social Aid to the Persons Disabled from Childhood and Disabled Children" and "On Enforcement Proceedings" to restrict charges on the property and income of the persons with disabilities.

The Committee members stated that the bill regulated charges on the state social aid allocated to the persons disabled from childhood and disabled children.
