The Law authorizes the central executive authority body in charge of agriculture to set the list of documents required for wine production, the order of their submittal, ratification and approval (under the applicable law, this authority belongs to the Cabinet of Ministers).
The document excludes the phrase "under the order ratified by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" from part four of clause 15 of the applicable law on the processing or liquidation of falsified wine, vermouth, cognacs of Ukraine and brandy confiscated by the court judgment.
