Committee Chairwoman N.Korolevska stated that the bill (Reg. No. 8186) specifies legal regulation, the principles of establishment and activity of the organizations and associations of the employers, the fundamentals of their cooperation with the public authorities, local self-government bodies, professional unions, and non-governmental organizations.
The bill introduces the concept "an all-Ukrainian sectorial organization of employers" as an organization that at the moment of its state registration unites the employers, whose companies employ at least 30 per cent of employees in a respective sector.
The bill also amends the procedure of establishment and state registration of the organizations and associations of employers, as it improves and streamlines this procedure.
The Committee members believe that implementation of the bill will improve legal and financial conditions of the organizations and associations of employers in Ukraine, and promote activity of these organizations in the sphere of socio-economic and labour relations.
