The Committee on Judicial Policy does not uphold the Bill on Amendments to Clause 11 of the Law "On State Aid to the Families with Children" (re Specification of Terms for Baby Bonus Payout)

Under the bill (Reg. No. 8001), the individuals who were deprived of parental rights by the court judgment for the last three years are not eligible to receive a baby bonus payout.

The Committee concluded that the bill violates the Constitution of Ukraine. The review is to be referred to the Committee on the Family Matters, Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism.
